You can manage your option in My Account → Subscriptions → Options or via SMS. Find all options and instructions here.
You can add additional Data Packs for mobile data use in Switzerland and abroad in My Account.
- Go to "Subscriptions» and then to "Overview".
- You can also buy Data Packs via the following link costcontrol.post-mobile.ch/status, accessible only with mobile data.
All you need is Wi-Fi access and a compatible phone, configured for Wi-Fi Calling. No special app is required, neither for your nor for the person you are calling.

Wi-Fi Calling offers you the following advantages:
- If you are calling in Switzerland, you benefit from excellent indoor coverage wherever you have Wi-Fi access.
- If you are calling or texting from abroad, you can avoid roaming costs: calls and SMS via Wi-Fi Calling are charged at the same tariff as within Switzerland.
You can temporarily disable your voicemail – for example, if you travel and want to avoid roaming costs – by tapping ##002# or ##004# on your smartphone, then pressing the call button.
Note that callers will not be able to leave messages during this time, but you will get notifications by SMS to show who or which number has called you.
To reactivate it, tap **004*086xxxxxxxxxx# on your smartphone, then press the call button (xxxxxxxxxx is your mobile number. For example, if your number is 078 123 45 67, tap: **004*0860781234567#).
Your voicemail will work normally. When abroad, you may be charged for data usage when using your voicemail. To deactivate it, see FAQ "How do I deactivate my voicemail and reactivate it again?"
In Switzerland
With your mobile phone:
- Call your own number then follow the instructions
With another phone:
- Call 086 followed by your phone number (example 086 078 000 99 11).
- During the welcome message press * and your password will be asked.
- If you haven't defined a password, or if you enter three times the wrong one, you will receive a new one by SMS.
- Then follow the instructions.
From abroad
- Call +4186 followed by your phone number (example +4186 078 000 99 11).
- During the welcome message press * and your password will be asked.
- If you haven't defined a password, or if you enter three times the wrong one, you will receive a new one by SMS.
- Then follow the instructions.

Visual Voicemail is only available to iPhone owners. It notifies you by SMS when a new voicemail message is received allowing you to manage it even more efficiently.
This service is free of charge in Switzerland. When abroad, roaming data charges apply, i.e.: 1 minute corresponds to approximately 100 KB (10 minutes correspond to approximately 1 MB). We therefore recommend that you temporarily deactivate your voicemail when travelling abroad.
To activate the service
Send START VISUAL to 5155 or go to My Account → Subscriptions → Options and add the option "Visual Voicemail".

To deactivate and reactivate the service
Visual Voicemail can be deactivated at any time.
- Send STOP VISUAL to 5155 to deactivate it.
OR - Deactivation: tap ##002# Call button or ##004# Call button
- Reactivation: **004* 086 y # (y = your mobile number)
In case of a problem or error
If your Visual Voicemail is not working properly, you must:
- First deactivate Visual Voicemail and then deactivate the voicemail.
- Reactivate the voicemail.
- Reactivate Visual Voicemail.
