Wi-Fi Calling: calling over Wi-Fi

With Wi-Fi Calling, you can make calls on any Wi-Fi in the world, whether in your home, hotel or office.

You simply use the included services of your subscription as if you were in Switzerland. No roaming fees and no app. We recommend using Wi-Fi Calling especially when the mobile network coverage is not optimal, for example indoors.

All you need is a mobile phone that supports this function, then, you can activate Wi-Fi Calling once on the device. To ensure that the phone does not connect to the mobile network, we recommend turning on flight mode first and then activating Wi-Fi.

*Exception: If your subscription includes roaming calls but no international calls (from Switzerland to abroad), and you make a Wi-Fi Calling (VoWiFi) call from abroad, it will be charged as an international call. In this case, it is recommended to make your call via the mobile network.
